Refund & Return
OVERVIEW:
At Giftsbysisi Gifting Company, we take pride in delivering quality and beautifully curated gift items. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy lasts 5 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personalized products that have been branded
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Selected health and personal care items
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund (approved or rejected).
If approved:
- A 20% administrative and handling fee will be deducted from the total value of the item(s).
- The remaining balance will be refunded to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund
SALES ITEMS:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE:
We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- The item was defective or damaged before delivery
Items damaged after delivery confirmation are not eligible for exchange.
